Each account is for personal use by a single individual. You may not share your account credentials with anyone else. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.
Our character engine is designed around a fundamental principle: each character develops a unique relationship with one person.
Characters learn your communication style, remember your conversations, and adapt their responses to you specifically. This is not a limitation — it is the core of the experience. For this reason:
ICO is the internal credit currency of Botstrapp.ai. ICO credits are used to pay for AI interactions. Different AI models consume different amounts of ICO per message, based on the model's underlying cost.
Some AI models are available at reduced ICO cost. All messages, including those using low-cost models, consume a minimum ICO amount to cover infrastructure and storage costs.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of remaining ICO credits, and, where applicable, reporting to appropriate authorities.
You retain ownership of the messages and prompts you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (routing to AI providers, character engine processing).
AI-generated responses are produced by third-party AI models. Ownership of AI-generated content may be subject to the terms of the underlying AI provider. We make no claim of ownership over AI-generated content.
The Botstrapp.ai brand, logo, website design, character engine technology, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Informattach LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INFORMATTACH LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: emotional distress caused by AI interactions, loss of data, loss of profits, or reliance on AI-generated information.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
